What should I wear? It is essential that suitable bathing wear is worn. If you are with us for the whole day, you may want to bring you own footwear.

Do I need to book treatments separately? For Pamper Day Packages treatments are included and we will issue you with the times of your treatments on arrival.

Are there age restrictions?
The Spa is not suitable for persons under the age of 16 years old.

How to book your spa treatments. We advise you book your treatments and Pamper Day Packages in advance to avoid disappointment. On booking we require credit or debit card details to secure your appointment. If you require any advice on treatments or packages then please do not hesitate to contact us and one of our experts will be happy to help. To enjoy the ultimate in relaxation for Pamper Day Packages we advise you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to check in, change and unwind before your treatment begins.

What are the treatment times? Your The Spa therapist will include a consultation and homecare recommendations within the time allocated for your treatment. As a courtesy to all clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Late arrival for your appointment may result in that time being deducted from your treatment time.

Aftercare. We can help you to prolong the benefits of your The Spa treatment. Our spa offers a full range of Elemis skincare products for home use. Your spa therapist will advise you on the correct face and body care to maintain your results.

Spa Day Packages. Full payment is required for all Pamper Day Packages at the time of booking. If you require us to change your appointment we will try to accommodate you. Please note you may only move an appointment once.

Medical Information. Medical Information. You should inform us when booking if you are taking any medication so as we may advise you of the best suited treatments for you. Some treatments may not be suitable or require adjusting due to some medical conditions or medications you may be taking. Some of the spa experiences may also not be suitable for you. As your wellbeing is our priority please tell us of any relevant information at the time of booking and we will advise you on the experiences and treatments best suited to you.

Cancellations. If for any reason you cannot make your The Spa appointment please call us 020 8550 2366 ext 129. We require 24 hours notice on all treatments and packages to avoid a full cancellation charge.
